ReplyDeleteDan, John Watkins commenting. I had no idea of your ties to the 85th. Capt. Lewis Watkins was my great(x) uncle. I spent two trips wandering Deep Bottom and Fussell's Mill area walking the footsteps. Send me a note if you're in the mood.
